The building design takes into account all important construction criteria and requirements that ensure a correct construction process and a quality building with well-thought-out solutions.

The Radari 7 building complex has 21 warehouse boxes (sizes 38 m2 … 450 m2), 21 office spaces (sizes 28 m2 … 140 m2), and 9 multifunctional spaces (sizes 35 m2 ... 440 m2). The total area of the building is approximately 4200 m2.

Office spaces, warehouse boxes, and multifunctional spaces can be combined, which allows for the formation of larger space assemblies.

Technical information

Bearing structures – reinforced concrete columns-beams and reinforced concrete panel intermediate floors.

External wall materials – 160 mm SW panels combined with wooden framework and metal cladding panels.

Access – building access is guaranteed 24/7, the door locking system is with programmable "tablets". Warehouse doors can be opened remotely through the phone system.

Security, surveillance – all warehouse and office spaces are equipped with alarms. Each box has an internal camera + there are security cameras on the property in the building parking lot and perimeter. The territory is video monitored.

Heating – solved on the basis of gas heating and air-water heat pumps (own gas boiler). Warehouse box heating is solved with adjustable hot water heaters, offices with radiators.

Ventilation – heat recovery ventilation in all rooms.

Electrical supply – each box has its own electrical panel and meter, electrical power in boxes 16A…32A depending on box size.

Warehouse ceiling heights – depending on warehouse spaces, their heights are H=3.4 m/4.4 m/6.2 m.

Internet – each warehouse box/office has a wifi router, Telia fiber optic cable comes to the building.

Parking – there are 76 parking spaces on the property, 24 of which are ready for electric car charging. Parking in free spaces.

Additional information

All warehouse boxes have a stainless steel sink with faucet and water outlet.

Each warehouse box has a floor drain in the sloped floor zone.

Lifting doors: motorized, with windows, remotely openable.

Office space equipment also includes a WC-shower room and kitchen corner readiness.

All south-facing offices are designed with cooling devices.

All warehouse boxes have wc/shower plumbing readiness.

Building lighting is solved on the basis of LED lighting.

A solar panel park will be installed on the building roof, whose production can be stored in a battery bank.
